Dr. Mohd Yousoof Dar is the Associate Director and Unit Head of the Pulmonology Department at Paras Health, Srinagar, with 14 years of experience in medicine. He holds an MBBS and MD in Internal Medicine from Government Medical College (GMC) Srinagar and a DM in Pulmonary Medicine from Vallabhbhai Patel Chest Institute (VPCI), University of Delhi.

Dr. Yousoof is highly skilled in diagnostic and interventional pulmonology, with extensive experience in flexible bronchoscopy, EBUS, medical thoracoscopy, rigid bronchoscopy with stenting, and whole lung lavage. His clinical interests include asthma, COPD, interstitial lung disease, pleural effusion, allergic rhinitis, and sleep-related breathing disorders.

He has authored more than 20 publications in reputed national and international journals and has presented at major conferences, including an award-winning paper at NAPCON 2021. He is also actively involved in medical education and regularly participates in workshops and training programs in respiratory care.

Dr. Dar is known for his patient-focused approach and continues to contribute significantly to advancing pulmonary medicine in the region.
